Coming soon...... at our Bedlington clinic.........pilates

In September we will be launching pilates classes in our Bedlington clinic.

Classes will be taken by Susan, our APPI certified Physio. We are hoping to run both daytime and evening classes but this will depend on demand so if you are interested, please let us know.
