A dedicated service for people with a neurological impairment

Synergy Neuro is aimed at assisting in the support of daily activities and mobility.

At Synergy Healthcare we have created a true centre of excellence, where our holistic approach to the treatment of such conditions has shown to produce very positive results.

Our service has been tailored to meet the needs of people who have a neurological condition (e.g. Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and Stroke). We have a specialist Physiotherapist who is Bobath and Johnston trained and who will assess your needs and particular problems. She will then guide you through a treatment and rehabilitation programme to assist you in achieving your goals. We are also able to offer advice and education relating to specific conditions should it be desired.

If desired, our Physiotherapist will work alongside carers to teach handling techniques and basic therapeutic skills to allow them to become actively involved in the rehabilitation process.

Our structured exercise programmes and practical rehabilitation are effective in both the prevention of functional decline as well as assisting in maintaining independence and sense of well-being. To complement our treatments we can also arrange a variety of alternative therapies including acupuncture, aromatherapy, Reiki, reflexology and massage.

What's more we have introduced a special rate of charges for Stroke, MS and other neurological sufferers, which we believe to be the lowest ever offered in the region by a private practice.
